Terms of Service

1. Subscription Agreement

* By subscribing to GroGrace's vegetable box service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Subscription Plans

* GroGrace offers various subscription plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). 

3. Payment Terms

* Payment is required upon receipt of Tax Invoice.

* All prices are excluding GST. 

* Accepted payment method is Paynow via QR Code or UEN.

* Subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

4. Delivery

* Logistics are a big cost to us. We seek your understanding that deliveries have to be planned according to locations. You will be notified of the fixed delivery schedule upon subscription.

* Orders below S$70 will be charged a delivery fee of $10. Orders above S$70 will get free delivery.

* It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

* GroGrace is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vegetable box once it has been delivered to the specified address.

5. Changes to Subscription

* You may change your subscription plan or delivery address by contacting us at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

* You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 1 week notice.

* Please note that subscriptions are automatically renewed after the trial box. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service email. 

* Cancellations must be made through our customer service email: gracelim@urbanfarmingpartners.com

7. Quality and Freshness

* GroGrace guarantees the freshness and quality of the vegetables delivered.

* If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact our customer service within 3 days for a replacement or credit.

8. Variations and Substitutes

* The contents of the vegetable box may vary based on market conditions.

* GroGrace reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if specific vegetables are unavailable.

9. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

* It is your responsibility to review the contents of each delivery and manage any allergies or dietary restrictions.

* GroGrace does not guarantee allergen-free products.

10. Privacy Policy

* GroGrace respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Governing Law

* These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
